payment and quotes

All our prices quoted include Damage Waiver Insurance and are plus VAT at the prevailing rate. Prices & charges are detailed within the written quotation. The company reserves the right to vary the quoted prices and charges in the event of an increase taking place before or during the period of hire in the cost of labour, materials or transport for non inclusive deals.

We offer a price guarantee with our inclusive deals on acceptance of our written quotation and payment of deposit by cash, cheque, debit/credit card, bank transfer.

For all quotations a deposit of 10% of the total prices and charges is required on signed confirmation of your order with the remaining 90% balance due 10 days before the delivery date. See our Terms and Conditions of Hire for our cancellation policy.

  

delivery charges & site visits

We do not charge separately for collection, delivery and erection within a 50 mile radius of Eakring, for customers outside of this radius our current mileage charge is 0.20p plus vat per mile travelled with erection free of charge.

We do not charge for the initial site visit.
