• The marquee design - it felt light and airy and is far more interesting than the traditional shape
• Flexibility to keep it for an extra day
• Trouble installation and dismantling from our point of view - Only thing I would say here is that it would have been useful to know roughly what time you were going arrive to set up - i.e. morning or afternoon
• Clear contract terms
• Initial site visit helpful and I like the fact you didn’t try and sell us things we didn’t need such as tables and chairs.
